River State ministry of health says efforts in reducing the scourge of malaria in the state has achieved a modest prevalence of 7.3% which is near a transition to the expected pre-elimination of 5%.
This was disclose to journalists as Rivers state joined the rest of the world in commemorating the world malaria day In port Harcourt at the state secretariat.
